STARR WEDDINGS
COORDINATORS
ELAN RIGGS
Elan Riggs (he/him) Born in the Bronx and raised in the Hudson Valley, Elan’s extensive experience of over 15 years in the service and hospitality industries have given him an invaluable skill set as a coordinator for Starr Weddings. He worked in various restaurants throughout his high school & college years and in 2016 opened and managed an award-winning restaurant with a childhood friend. It was there where he first met Tiffany, who was a patron at the restaurant, and the friendship that bloomed as a result was nothing less than iconic. Elan made the difficult choice to leave the restaurant industry during the pandemic in 2020, but was thrilled when Starr Weddings tapped him to be a coordinator for their upstate weddings. His calm demeanor, eye for detail, and genuine love of helping people have helped him easily navigate difficulties and create lasting memories for couples on their special day!
