DESCRIPTION

This package is for the couple who has booked their venue, catering service, bar service but are looking for a lot of design help and maybe finding those last few vendors! You’ve made it this far and I’ll help you the rest of the way :)

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

  • Everything included in the Day Of Coordination package

  • Scouting, onboarding and coordinating with TWO vendors (cannot exceed two)

  • Two Coordinators on the Day Of

  • Venue Walk Through - As many as needed

  • Unlimited Zoom meetings, monthly check ins and in person meetings at our co working space located in N. Williamsburg, NY

  • Discount on Starr Photo Booth - $375 for the whole event!

  • Additional Starr Weddings admin assistant during wedding season to keep us on track!

SOURCING

PROCESS:

Whether it’s sourcing your vendors, invitation suite, or table numbers, we always consider two things - Budget and vision!

  1. Scouting Vendors: After firming in on the details from the kick off meeting, Starr Weddings will provide 4-5 vendor options that fit the budget, needs & vision/look.

  2. Inquiring: Once you share the vendors you’re most interested in with Starr Weddings, we’ll submit inquiry forms on your behalf to confirm vendor availability & pricing.

  3. Regrouping: After retrieving all necessary information the vendors, we regroup and chat through which vendor option are aligning and which are no longer fit, weighing the pros and cons of all options.

  4. Decision Making & Next Steps: After our regroup, the couple take a few days to discuss together and weigh their options. Once you confirm the vendor of choice, Starr Weddings will reach out to all vendors to let them know the final decision and connect you with your vendor of choice.

DESIGN

  • Full access to Starr Weddings inventory list at no additional cost with the exception of Star Photo Booth (Candle holders, Card boxes, Table runners, Tealight holders, Vases, etc.)

  • Starr Weddings attends several site visits to visualize where you want everything to go, devise a layout, and identify potential problems.

  • As many Zoom meetings needed in relation to design, including and not limited to monthly check in calls

  • Creating a mood board based on your venue, colors, vision and pinterest board.  This mood board helps us see the vision as a collective to ensure the aesthetic is a unified look

  • Provides color palette guidance if needed

  • Talk through floor plan ideas (Floor plans are typically created by catering via AllSeated but it’s always helpful to talk the vision out during our first walk throughs)

  • Find and add design details you might have missed

  • Talking through and designing table scape layouts, using Canva to visualize the set up and spacing of items

  • Scout and select design elements, props, furniture, rentals from rental companies (Cocktail napkins, matches, party favors, 

  • Coordinate and accompany couple on all design related meetings

  • Ensures all of the decor elements are in place on-site at the wedding

  • Coordinating with design related vendors to ensure they understand the design vision

PRICING

PAYMENT

Payment is a non refundable 50% upon contract signing and the remaining 50% paid thirty days prior to the event date.

Payment is made via Honeybook or Zelle - credit cards are accepted.

$7,200 (Starting point) is if your guest count is under 150 and if your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are within the same building

+$300 -  If you’re ceremony is at a separate location from the reception, for example a park or church

PRICING NOTES:

  • If you pay via Zelle, the cost is a flat $7,200

  • If you pay via credit card, there is an additional 3.5% charge in addition to the $7,200 (+$252)

  • All taxes are included

  • HONEYBOOK - for contracts, questionnaires & invoicing

  • GOOGLE SHEETS - for our spreadsheet/date keeping

  • GOOGLE DOCS - for our meeting agenda/note taking

  • CALENDLY - for booking our monthly check ins

  • ZOOM - audio or video, whichever you prefer!

  • ALL SEATED - for building out floor plans with catering and/or venue
