This package can be added onto any package.
Day of event management - $1,600
Full use of Starr Weddings inventory
Setting up & breaking down your DIY decor items
Greeting guests
Event timelines management
Managing speeches & playlists
Vendor management
Planning Process starts 2-3 months before the event, during our monthly check ins
Includes customized tab in spreadsheet for data/logistics tracking (timelines, vendor log, etc.)
*Additional travel fee of $300 for Hudson Valley & Catskills non wedding day events (Next day brunch and/or Welcome Party)
Hourly breakdown for in person event management:
1 hour decor set up and vendor check in
Starr Weddings does not set up/breakdown chairs, tables, linens, dinnerware, food & beverage, or anything related to catering. This would strictly fall under your catering team or venue
4 hour event time
1 hour breakdown
6 hours total of in person event management maximum.
Event must conclude by 10pm for a 10pm - 11pm breakdown.
