  • Scouting venues

    • Set up & breakdown

  • (1) Call/meeting with the vendors:

    • Scheduling calls with vendors

    • Attending calls

    • Coordinating via email with your vendors

Day of event management - $1,300

  • Full use of Starr Weddings inventory

  • Setting up & breaking down your DIY decor items

  • Greeting guests

  • Event timelines management

  • Managing speeches & playlists

  • Vendor management

*Additional travel fee of $300 for Hudson Valley & Catskills non wedding day events (Next day brunch and/or Welcome Party)

Hourly breakdown for in person event management:

  • 2 hour decor set up and vendor check in

    • Starr Weddings does not set up/breakdown chairs, tables, linens, dinnerware, food & beverage, or anything related to catering. This would strictly fall under your catering team or venue

  • 3 hour event time

  • 1 hour breakdown

6 hours total of in person event management maximum.
